Polar Vision Marketing ("we") runs Meta advertising campaigns for client businesses. This policy covers this website. It does not cover our clients' own websites or ad accounts, which are governed by their own policies.

What we collect

This site does not host a contact form and does not ask you to create an account. If you email us or book a call, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, and details about your business.

Booking is handled by Calendly, and email by Google Workspace. Each processes your information under its own privacy policy.

Analytics and advertising

This site does not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

How we use it

To reply to you and, if we work together, to run and report on your campaigns. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above.

Client data

Where we are given access to a client's ad account, website analytics, or customer lists, that data stays within that client's own platforms and is used only to run and report on their campaigns. Access is removed at the end of an engagement on request.

Retention

Email correspondence is kept while there is an active or prospective working relationship, and removed on request.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email julian@polarvisionmarketing.com and we will handle it.
